****	Regular downloads are scanned for malicious content. Downloads that originate from blobs, file URLs, or data URLs aren't scanned for malicious content.
****	In some scenarios, enabling the "Prevent access to downloaded files until the scan is complete" setting doesn't prevent access to the downloaded files before the scan is complete.
