About generating Periodic reports

You can configure Perception Point X‑Ray to generate a variety of pre-defined Periodic reports. The selected Periodic reports are then generated on a pre-defined schedule - weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly. The generated reports can be automatically sent by email to specified recipients, as soon as the reports are generated. The generated reports are maintained in Perception Point X‑Ray, and listed in the Periodic Reports page.

Note:

  • By default, the times that appear in reports are UTC times. You can specify a time zone for your organization, and then all Digest reports and Periodic reports will be based on the specified time zone. For details, see Time Zone.

  • For information about showing custom logos in Periodic reports, see Customization - Organization Logo.

  • Generated Periodic reports are maintained in Perception Point X‑Ray for 365 days.

The Reports functionality is available to Perception Point X‑Ray admin users with the "Administrator" role only.
