About weekly reports

The weekly reports provide a summary of the incidents that were detected in your organization during the specified week.

Weekly reports include incidents for the following channels only:

Email
OneDrive
SharePoint
Teams
Browser Extension

Note: You can't add any other channels to the report, and you can't remove any of the displayed channels, even if they are not included in any of your integrations.

Weekly reports are sent by email to the specified recipients every Monday, at 10:00 UTC, in PDF format.
For details on how to specify that weekly reports should be generated and sent, and to whom to send the reports, see Reports.

Note: By default, the times that appear in reports are UTC times. You can specify a time zone for your organization, and then all Digest reports and Periodic reports will be based on the specified time zone. For details, see Time Zone.

Weekly report - Executive Summary

The Executive Summary in the weekly reports shows an overview of the scans that were performed in your organization during the specified week.

For each of the items below, an arrow shows if the total was greater-than [] or less-than [] the total for the previous week.
Total items scanned	The total number of items that were scanned during the specified week. The total includes all scans in all protected channels, and all scan verdicts.
Total malicious items	The number of scans with malicious verdicts - that were performed during the specified week - in all active channels.
Total spam items	The number of scans with spam verdicts - that were performed during the specified week - in all active channels.
Total items reviewed by IR	The number of scans that were reviewed by IR during the specified week - in all active channels.
Active channels	The number of scans with malicious, restricted, spam, and suspicious verdicts - that were performed during the specified week - in each active channel.

Weekly report - Protection Summary

The Protection Summary in the weekly reports shows information about the five most common attack types that were detected in the scans that were performed in your organization during the specified week.

Weekly report - Highlights and Trends

The Highlights and Trends section in the weekly reports shows highlights and trends that were detected in the scans that were performed in your organization during the specified week.


Malicious incidents trend	Shows the number of malicious incidents that were detected in your organization on each day of the specified week.
Spam incidents trend	Shows the number of spam incidents that were detected in your organization on each day of the specified week.
Highlighted attack types	Shows the attack types that were highlighted by Perception Point X‑Ray.
Top attacked people	Shows a list of the most attacked people in your organization - during the specified week. The number of attacks performed on each person is shown on the right. It is recommended that you make sure that these people have received adequate cyber-security training.

The "Main Attacks and IR Reviews" section in the weekly reports is divided into the following 2 sections:

Main attacks against top attacked people

Shows the most common attack types that were employed against the two most frequently attacked people in your organization.

Incident response summary

Shows the number of scans that were reviewed by the Perception Point IR Team - in various categories. The estimated time taken to perform the reviews is also shown.
