Deleting domains
The procedure that is required to delete a domain depends on the integration method that is deployed. The options are shown below:
Deleting Microsoft 365 API domains

Deleting Microsoft 365 Inline domains

Pending domains: If a Microsoft 365 Inline domain is still pending [it has not yet been verified], then an admin-user in Perception Point X‑Ray can delete the domain. For details, see Adding, deleting, and editing Inline domains.

Verified domains: After a Microsoft 365 Inline domain has been verified, there are scenarios in which an admin-user in Perception Point X‑Ray can delete the domain, and there are scenarios in which only Perception Point Support can delete the domain.
The procedure that is required for deleting a specific verified domain depends on whether you want to deactivate the integration or not. See the table below for details.
You DON'T want to deactivate the integration
You DO want to deactivate the integration -
Remove all allow-listed Perception Point IP addresses, as well as connectors and rules that route traffic to Perception Point.

Important: Do NOT perform the last step in the procedure: Deactivating the integration.

Contact Perception Point Support [support@perception-point.io] - and ask them to delete the required domains.
Perform the off-boarding procedure for Microsoft 365 Inline integrations. This will delete ALL the inline domains.

Deleting Google Workspace domains
The procedure that is required for deleting Google Workspace domains depends on whether you want to deactivate the integration or not. See the table below for details.
