About awareness emails
You can generate a threat awareness email that is based on a malicious email that was received by your organization. The awareness emails are AI generated - directly from the selected email. They can be used to enhance user phishing-detection skills and general threat awareness by providing contextual learning. This helps to build the users' skills so that they can more easily recognize - and then avoid - similar threats in the future.
After the awareness email is generated, it can be sent to your email address. You can then forward the email to relevant people in your organization.

The "awareness email" functionality is available to admin users with the "Admin" user role only. |
Generating an awareness email
You can generate an awareness email:

Only from the Compact view of the Scans page - not from the Detailed view.

Only from an email that has a malicious verdict.
To generate an awareness email:

Open the Scans page, and locate the malicious email.

Open the scan in the Compact view.

Select More Actions > Awareness Email.
The generated awareness email will appear in a pane that opens on the right.
The email is AI-generated. It is recommended that you review the email.

Click Send. The email will be sent to your email address, and you can then forward the email to relevant people in your organization.
